TERMS AND CONDITONS FOR SPEED DATING
1. PRE-EVENT
A. Daters must be between 21-39 years old to register for and participate in Speed Dating events.
B. Daters are not screened in any way besides the age requirements. It is the Dater’s sole responsibility to clarify any concerns about other daters’ backgrounds.
2. PARTICIPATION IN
EVENT
A. Daters are to call or refer to other daters by the name listed on their name tags at the event.
B. Daters may not share contact information with other daters during the event.
C. Dater is required to provide current picture identification (e.g., driver’s license) at the event in order to verify his or her age.
D. Dynasty inKorporated reserves the right to refuse admission to an individual to an event for any reason, including that the person is intoxicated, is exhibiting inappropriate behavior, or arrives without current picture identification. Daters will not be entitled to a refund if admission is refused.
E. Dynasty inKorporated reserves the right to dismiss an individual from an event for any reason, including that the person is intoxicated or is exhibiting inappropriate behavior. Dater will not be entitled to a refund if Dater is so dismissed.
F. Daters are not permitted/allowed to take photographs or to record other daters by any means during or after the event. All cell phones must be turned off during the event and no cameras or recording devices are permitted.
G. While it is the goal to have at least 12 dates for each Dater, Dynasty inKorporated cannot be held responsible for late cancellations by Daters or no-shows to events. Over 30 Speed Dating may postpone or reschedule an event if there are less than ten registered individuals for Dater to date for any reason. In such cases, a reasonable effort will be made to notify Dater.
H. Dynasty inKorporated may postpone/reschedule an event due to hazardous weather conditions. In such cases, a reasonable effort will be made to notify Dater.
3. DISCLAIMER OR WARRANTY
DY NASTY INKORPORATED MAKES NO WARRANTY TO DATER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY SERVICE PROVIDED HEREUNDER OR DESCRIBED HEREIN, OR AS TO ANY OTHER MATTER, ALL OF WHICH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED, DY NASTY INKORPORATED IS NOT A MATCHMAKING SERVICE AND MAKES NO GUARANTEE THAT THE EVENT WILL RESULT IN A MATCH OR MATCHES.
4. FULL RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Dater agrees to release, waive, and forever discharge Dynasty inKorporated of and from any and all past, present and future actions, causes of actions, claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, losses, expenses, and liens, of whatever nature, arising from or incident to Dynasty inKorporated, including, without limitation, claims or liabilities arising from event cancellations, injuries at event venues, actions of other daters, absence of background screenings, member disputes, and viruses infecting Dater’s computer due to access to the website of Dynasty inKorporated .
5. INDEMNIFICATION
Dater will indemnify and hold harmless Dynasty inKorporated, etc. from any loss or liability that may be incurred by, imposed upon, or asserted against Dynasty inKorporated, on account of any claim or action at law or in equity that arises in relation to the services provided to Dater by Dynasty inKorporated.
6. MEDIA AUTHORIZATION
A. Dynasty inKorporated and certain permitted third parties (e.g., print and online media, radio, and/or television) may photograph and/or make recordings (audio/video) Dynasty inKorporated events. By attending/participating in any Dynasty inKorporated event each participant agrees to permit the taking of any such photographs and recordings (audio/video).
B. Each member at a Dynasty inKorporated event authorizes Dynasty inKorporated to use photographs and recordings (audio/video) in which the member appears, and any comments, statements or testimonials made by such member, for any legal purpose including, without limitation, marketing and advertising of Dynasty inKorporated services and events, or for editorial purposes.
C. Each member at a Dynasty inKorporated event releases Dynasty inKorporated from any and all claims, suits, liabilities, or damages which such individual may have in connection with his or her attendance/participation in a Dynasty inKorporated event or user of the website and the exploitation of photographs/audio/video recordings in any manner or format.
D. No member shall be entitled to any compensation in connection with the use and exploitation of any photographs or media recordings.
E. Dynasty inKorporated will not use a member’s name or any other personally identifiable information in connection with any marketing or advertising of Dynasty inKorporated services or events without written consent.
7. SECURITY
Dynasty inKorporated will not provide your information to others for research or commercial purposes.
